Do I Need To Be Present During The Detail

Yes. For the safety of our detail experts we would request that someone be at the property during the time of your detail. You do not need to be outside with the expert, but we would ask that you be on the property to ensure we service you to the best of our abilities!

Do I Need A Hose Or Water Outlet

Yes. For our mobile detail experts, we request that you provide a water source for us to use.

Can You Detail My Car In The Winter

No. Once the weather gets to the point where water starts to freeze it makes the job much more difficult for our experts. We don’t want to risk your vehicle or your water source’s pipes, and we don’t want the quality of our service to suffer.

Can I Add Services After My Appointment Is Booked

Yes. If you need to add additional services or the nature of your appointment has changed please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. If the detail expert is already heading to your appointment we may not be able to modify your appointment, so please contact us before the day of your appointment if possible!

Can I Cancel An Appointment

Yes. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. This is to ensure that our detail experts have their schedule set for the day and can make time to service everyone they have appointments for.
